How strict will rules be for the XPeng X2 flying car?

If the XPeng X2 and other flying cars make it to production, we should expect heavy regulations. One major crash from flying outside designated airspace, especially with injuries, will dominate the news. Safety concerns could shape the future of personal air travel.
